If the phone you bought from them goes on fire while it's charging on the manufacturers charger it's not their issue they will not help to resolve. They will claimWarranty will not cover and you will have to use your insurance to get it fixed. If you don't like it your told by the bald man to get out his shop. Customer service at its worst
